I am looking to buy a home coming dress for my daughter. We need size 7/9. Prefer black but open to other colors. Must cover shoulders per school dress codes. She would like a long sleeved one but open to others. kind of plain ,Tule,satin or silky preferred and mid length. Need before the 9th. Also need flats size 9 to match. I am disabled and with out transportation. I will need it delivered to Forsyth. Looking to spend around $50 or less. Dress examples included.
